I am a Communication major studying at the University of Arkansas and my dream is to become a game designer. As an assignment for a media class I designed Moshi's Adventure, a simple flash game created with Stencyl. I have little-to-no experience with programming. Fortunately I found Stencyl, a simple tool that allowed me to create what I had in mind. Moshi's Adventure was created
to show how product placement can be integrated into interactive media, and the dangers this can bring. Most of the platforms in the game are shaped like brand logos and are integral parts of the level's design.
I have always found a way to express my thoughts through games. Since I was little I remember trying to work on board games and make simple text based games on my families' Commodore 64. As I grew up I began seeing games as an outlet for my competitive nature and I began playing games in that way. I traveled the world and met many friends thanks to games and my goal in life is to create games that can help make the world a better place. Moshi is the first real project I have worked on but I hope it will not be the last.
Thank you for playing!
